【宿舍重要公告】112學年度學生宿舍床位抽籤第一次遞補籤號及確認意願規定。The regulations for the first vacancy-filling of dormitory and the receipts of payment slips for Student Dorm in 2023 Academic Year.
一、本校於本(112)年5月3日實施床位抽籤，中籤學生未依公告指定期限(5月5日至5月10日中午12時止)至宿舍管理站確認住宿意願者，其床位依籤號順延遞補。
二、校本部第一次遞補籤號：
(一)、男生籤號：
1、第一宿舍區A棟：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
2、第一宿舍區D棟：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
3、第二宿舍區：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
(二)、女生籤號：
1、第一宿舍區B棟：95、97、112、114、115、124、129、131、136、141、145、148、151、152、153、155、162、165、167、168、179、181、185、194、208、214、215、222、225、227、228、240、243、249、255、259、263、273、274、281、283、285、287、289、290、292、297、301、306、311、315、319、322、334、336、343、346、347、348、349、350、351、352、353、354、355、358、360、361、362、363、365、366、367、368、369、370、371、372、373、374、375、376、377、379號。
2、第一宿舍區C棟：80、83、85、86、90號。
3、第二宿舍區：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
三、醫學院區：
(一)、男生籤號：
1、醫學院區宿舍：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
2、義大醫院宿舍區：93、94號。
(二)、女生籤號：
1、醫學院區宿舍：床位遞補已辦理完畢。
2、義大醫院宿舍區：197、200、203、204、206、207、210、217、221、222、223、224、225、229號。
四、上列床位抽籤中籤學生，於即日起至5月17日(三)中午12時前，第一宿舍區女生至女生管理站、義醫宿舍至B棟住宿組，憑學生證至指定區域填寫住宿意願確認單，不再個別通知未確認者。請於期限內完成確認，逾期不予保留床位。
五、未按期限確認者，其床位於本年5月19日(五)公告依籤號順序遞補。
六、112學年度住宿費收費標準同本(111)學年度，住宿費繳費單將統一於第16週統一上傳至應用資訊系統，請依繳費期限完成繳款，逾期不予保留床位。
七、依本校「學生宿舍費用收費規定」，自有宿舍預繳之住宿費，除休學、退學者外一律不退費；承租宿舍除因成績不及格勒令退學者外，凡未能如期繳交租金者，或租約期滿未能於期限內完成退宿手續者，或中途退宿者，皆不退還保證金，未住月份之租金扣除欠費後無息退還。
八、校本部第一宿舍區及醫學院區宿舍寒、暑假期間關閉，關閉期間如符合短期住宿申請資格屆時得依短期住宿公告另行申請。

I. Dorm drawing for 2023 Academic Year has been administered publicly at Lounge at Dorm 2 and Management Office of Medical Campus at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3th. If the qualifiers don’t obtain their payment slips within the designated duration ( From May 5th to 12 am, May 10th ), the vacancies shall be filled by the subsequent drawing number. II. In accordance with the drawing order and the preferred choice filled by students, the compared results of drawing number would be presented as follows: A. Male drawing number: 1. First Dormitory (A Building): Bed waiting has ended. 2. First Dormitory (D Building): Bed waiting has ended. 3. Second Dormitory: Bed waiting has ended. B. Female drawing number: 1. First Dormitory (B Building): No. 95、97、112、114、115、124、129、131、136、141、145、148、151、152、153、155、162、165、167、168、179、181、185、194、208、214、215、222、225、227、228、240、243、249、255、259、263、273、274、281、283、285、287、289、290、292、297、301、306、311、315、319、322、334、336、343、346、347、348、349、350、351、352、353、354、355、358、360、361、362、363、365、366、367、368、369、370、371、372、373、374、375、376、377、379 . 2. First Dormitory (C Building): No.80、83、85、86、90. 3. Second Dormitory: Bed waiting has ended. ii. Medical Campus: A. Male drawing number: 1. Medical Campus Dormitory: Bed waiting has ended. 2. E-Da Hospital Dormitory: No.93、94. B. Female drawing number: 1. Medical Campus Dormitory: Bed waiting has ended. 2. E-Da Hospital Dormitory: No. 197、200、203、204、206、207、210、217、221、222、223、224、225、229. III. The above-mentioned shortlisted candidates should go to the designated location before 12:00 noon on May 17 (Wednesday) to confirm the willingness without notice. Please go for it before the due date. If you late, your qualify will be cancelled. i. Students who apply for First Dormitory should go to Management Office of First Dormitory. ii. Students who apply for E-Da Hospital Dormitory should go to Students Housing Section of Medical Campus. IV. If willing survey are yet to be confirmed before due date that , the bed vacancies will be filled by the subsequent drawing number on Friday, May 19th. V. First Dormitory and Medical Campus Dormitory will be closed during the winter and summer vacation. Apply for Summer vacation short-term accommodation regulation will notice in the other date. VI. Pursuant to the Rules of Student Housing Rates at I-Shou University, prepaid accommodation fees for ISU-owned dormitories except for expulsion will not be refunded to students . The lease of Dormitory 2 and E-DA Hospital Dormitory is effective. Except for expulsion, residents who fail to pay the accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline or move out from the dormitory before the lease expires will receive no refund of the deposit for on-campus accommodation.
