[Final teaching survey]
一、Midterm teaching survey for this semester will open from May 8th 9:00 to June 9th 23:59, please remember to fill up the survey in the information system.
** FAILURE TO FILL IN THE TEACHING SURVEY FORM MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS IN COURSE SELECTIO
二、Please fill out the survey on the ISU Information System： http://netreg.isu.edu.tw/wapp/
三、Students who complete both the midterm and final surveys will enjoy the priority to select courses earlier for the coming semester.
[期末教學意見調查]
一、111-2期中教學意見調查請於112.05.08(一)9:00至112.06.09(五)23:59於應用系統填寫。
**未填寫教學意見調查表可能影響自身選課權益
二、 問卷請至本校「應用資訊系統」填寫，網址：http://netreg.isu.edu.tw/wapp/ (可選擇中文版或英文版)。
三、 為鼓勵學生填寫問卷，本學期完成二次教學意見調查者(期中、期末完成率均達100%)，得享有次學期優先選課權。
