Q1:What to do if I test positive with a rapid antigen test?

1. [Testing Positive with a Rapid Antigen Test -- Self-health management for mild COVID-19 cases] You should conduct self-health management at home and not go to work for 6 days (starting the date the test was taken), and you should work from home during the 6 days. To apply for work from home, please visit HERE to download relevant forms. Please write your name and the date the test was taken on the test cassette and take a photo of the test cassette and your National Health Insurance ID card (passport).

2. Please report to the Health Section and the Office of Human Resource if you test positive with a rapid antigen test:
a. During office hours: Health Section (ext. 2248) and Office of Human Resources (ext. 2049)
b. On weekends and holidays: Health Section (linlin@isu.edu.tw) and Office of Human Resources (fruit750526@isu.edu.tw)

Q2:What to do if a family member living in the same household is diagnosed with COVID-19?
[Contacts -- 7-day self-initiated epidemic prevention no longer required] You should monitor your health.

1. If you have no symptoms, you can go to work as usual.

2. If any symptom develops, you should immediately seek medical attention.


a. Positive with a rapid antigen test: Taking the applicable measures.
b. Negative with a rapid antigen test: Not going to work until symptoms have gotten better.
Q3:What to do if my kid tested positive with a rapid antigen test and need to be taken care of?
Please inform the Office of Human Resources (ext. 2049) and apply for personal leave online (reason: applying for family care leave because my kid tested positive with a rapid antigen test). When making a leave application online, you should upload a photo of the kid’s test cassette and the household certificate.
