1. Extend your ARC online before leaving Taiwan:
Submit the required documents: passport、photo、old ARC and a flight ticket and an enrollment certificate for next semester(should pay the tuition fee first then download an enrollment certificate for next semester in the Information System).
2. Extend your ARC online at home country:

When you come back Taiwan, you are required to show your old ARC and a receipt while passing Customs and Immigration. Afterward you will go to a designated immigration office with the Receipt and OLD ARC to get a NEW one.
