International Foundation Program, known as IFP, is a brand-new program designed for international students to learn Chinese in the 1st year before starting their degree courses. Students can develop the academic Chinese language and study skills needed to study at I-Shou University. With the facilitation of professional Chinese learning courses, students are able to smoothly carry on the degree courses after finishing the Chinese Language Foundation Courses upon passing the TOCFL Test with A2 level*. *Only students who pass TOCFL Listening & Reading Test with A2 Level are able to stay on Taiwan and continue their degree study.

* Students are able to continue Bachelor's Degree study at ISU upon possessing Level A2 in TOCFL Listening & Reading Test within the 1st year .
