111學年度校本部寒假短期住宿申請須知。Application for Short-term Accommodation during the Winter Vacation of Academic Year 2023


 

公告事項: 

一、    寒假短期住宿,係依寒假期間國際學舍三館之空床位數受理申請,住宿需連續15天以上且需符合短期住宿申請資格(寒假工讀、寒修、實習及專題研究等) 

二、    寒假開放短期住宿期間:(112)115日(日)起至28日(三)止,屆時宿舍搬移將依第一宿舍區及國際學舍三館實際床位狀況辦理。

三、    申請方式:請至學生住宿組網頁下載並填妥「國際學舍三館短期住宿申請表」,自11214日(三)起,持申請表、相關證明及學生證至學生住宿組辦理。

四、    費用:

()住宿費用:每日為150元,依申請日數計算。

()保證金:須繳交保證金3,000元,租約期滿退宿後,扣除使用之電費無息退還。

()電費:依實際度數計算。

五、    進、退宿:依申請起迄日期於管理站辦理進、退宿手續。

六、    保證金繳納後如違約不住宿,或未在期限內完成退宿手續者,則予以沒收。

 

Subject: Application for Short-term Accommodation during the Winter Vacation of Academic Year 2023

Description:

1.    Applications for short-term accommodation during the winter vacation are subject to the availability of vacancies at ISU International House III. Applicants should stay for at least fifteen (15) days and meet the requirements of short-term accommodation (taking part in a work-study program during the winter vacation, taking courses offered during the winter vacation, undertaking an internship, or doing a research project).

2.    Short-term Accommodation Period: January 15 (Sunday) ~ February 8 (Wednesday), 2023. The actual date of moving-in/out will be subject to the availability of vacancies at both Dormitory 1 and ISU International House III.

3.    Application: Applications are accepted from January 4, 2023 (Wednesday). Please take your application form, student ID card, and supporting documents to the Student Housing Section for application.

4.    Fees:

a.   Accommodation: NT$150 per day; the total amount is calculated based on the number of days of accommodation.

b.   Deposit: NT$3,000; the University will make an interest-free refund of the deposit after deducting payable electricity charges after you complete the moving-out process at the expiry of the lease term.

c.   Electricity: Electricity charges are calculated and paid based on actual energy consumption during the lease term.

5.    Moving-in/out: Please complete the moving-in/out process at the Management Office on the dates indicated on the application form.

6.    No deposit refund is made if you don’t move in as scheduled or fail to complete the moving-out process by a given deadline.
