民國112年跨年當晚本校住宿生注意事項。Notices about the Countdown to New Year 2023

公告事項：
一、為便於住宿生參加義大世界跨年活動，活動當天全天候進出本校大門及宿舍區時需個別出示學生證以利大門(警察)及宿舍管理站查驗。
二、親友來校參加跨年活動應事前規劃好相關交通及住宿事宜；並重申本校宿舍區全面禁止訪客進入，不得進入異性宿舍，亦不得留宿非住宿生或親友，違反者予以勒令退宿處分。
三、參與活動外出時寢室大門、窗戶請務必記得關閉上鎖，盡量勿帶貴重財物，以提防扒竊遺失；同時請留心自身安全並配合天候增添衣物；住宿生於往返活動會場時亦請留意交通安全。
四、提醒住宿生於參加跨年活動時請謹守防疫規定，活動期間應全程佩戴口罩及禁止飲食，以維個人健康。
五、跨年當晚校本部第一宿舍區及醫學院區宿舍區熱水維持供應至24:00時止，請同學注意熱水供應及妥適規劃盥洗時間。
六、校本部第二宿舍區住宿生一律由學校大門經男宿管理站返宿

Subject: Notices about the Countdown to New Year 2023
Description:
I.On the day of New Year’s Eve, dormitory residents are required to show their student ID cards at the Security Station and the Dormitory Management Office when leaving and entering the University and the dormitory.
II.Relatives and friends should arrange their traffic and accommodation before coming to join the New Year’s Eve celebrations. Dormitory residents should meet guests in the dormitory common room. They must neither enter areas where residents of the opposite sex live nor allow non-residents, relatives, or friends to stay overnight. Violators will be evicted from the dormitory.
III.Please close and lock the door and windows of your dorm room when you leave for the celebrations. To prevent loss or theft, please do not take valuables with you while joining the celebrations. Please always pay attention to your own safety and wear appropriately for the weather. Also, please pay attention to road safety when traveling between the event venue and the dormitory.
IV.To keep yourself and others safe, please abide by COVID-19 precautions, wear a face mask, and avoid eating and drinking while joining the celebrations.
V.Hot water will be available until 12 midnight at Dormitory 1 and the Medical Campus Dormitory.
VI.Residents of Dormitory 2 at the Main Campus should return to their dormitory through the Management Office of the Males’ Dormitory after entering the University.
