111學年度第二學期第一宿舍區住宿申請及繳費作業規定。Application for on-campus accommodation at Dormitory 1 in the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2022 and payment thereof


 

主旨:111學年度第二學期第一宿舍區住宿申請及繳費作業規定。  

依據:義守大學學生宿舍管理辦法。 

公告事項: 

壹、 為有效提升住宿生生活品質,落實生活教育及從生活中養成良好習慣,以培養學生自主自律之能力,亦提供住宿同學另一選擇之機會,本校自101學年度第二學期開始設立「健康生活寢室」,相關規範及申請辦法如下:

一、住宿規範:

(一)寢室區大燈於23:30熄燈(檯燈保留)。

(二)為避免影響他人作息,熄燈後不得盥洗。

(三)網路於24:00~06:00暫停使用。

二、居住樓層:自男生A5樓、D12樓、女生B12樓、C10樓依申請人數往下安排。

三、申請辦法:第一學期原住宿生請於繳交名條時告知管理員欲申請「健康生活寢室」、新申請者請於登記時向窗口個別說明欲申請「健康生活寢室」。

貳、 第一宿舍區住宿申請作業分兩階段實施:

一、第一階段「續住意願調查」:

(一)對象:本學期第一宿舍區住宿生。

(二)作法:於本(111)1212(),由樓長發放第二學期「住宿名條」予各寢室,申請續住之同學自覓室友後,將「住宿名條」黏貼於同一張住宿申請表(向管理站索取)後,依下列期限繳回管理站,逾期及未繳交者視同放棄:

1、 A棟(四人房):

(1) 本(111)年12月20日(二):已找好四人者。

(2) 本(111)年12月21日(三):已找好三人,尚缺少一人者。

(3) (111)1222():兩人或一人者,直接將「住宿調查名條」交由管理員安排寢室(不須領取申請表)

2、 B棟(雙人房):

(1) (111)1220():已找好兩人者。

(2) (111)1222():僅一人者,直接將「住宿調查名條」交由管理員安排寢室(不須領取申請表)

3、 BCD(三人房) 

(1) 本(111)年12月20日(二):已找好三人者。

(2) (111)1221():已找好兩人,尚缺少一人者。

(3) (111)1222():僅一人者,直接將「住宿調查名條」交由管理員安排寢室(不須領取申請表)

(三)男生AD棟住宿生及女生BC棟於本階段僅限於原棟別之續住申請,如欲調換棟別,請待第二階段「新申請作業」。

二、第二階段「新申請作業」:

(一)對象:非第一宿舍區住宿生或ADBC棟欲調換棟別之住宿生。

(二)作法:依續住意願調查後剩餘之床位,開放非一宿住宿生或ADBC棟欲調換棟別之住宿生申請,申請人請於本(111)1226日至28日持學生證至住宿組辦公室辦理。

參、 住宿繳費單預定於明(112)13日將繳費單上傳至應用資訊系統,屆時請自行上網列印並限於明年131日前完成繳費,逾期視同放棄。

肆、 下學期進宿日為明(112)211日至12日,住宿生務必持繳費收據第二聯至管理站辦理進住手續。

Legal Basis: Regulations for Student Dormitory Management at I-Shou University
Announcement:

I. To effectively improve the living quality of the dormitory, carry out life education, help students cultivate self-discipline, and offer dormitory residents another option, the University has introduced the “Healthy Lifestyle Room” since the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2012. The applicable rules and the application procedure are as follows:
A. Rules:

1. The main lighting in the room should be turned off at 11:30 p.m. (not include desk lamps).

2. Residents should not take a shower after 11:30 p.m. to avoid disturbance to fellow residents.

3. The Internet service is suspended at 12:00 midnight throughout 06:00 a.m.

B. Applicable rooms: the 5th floor of Building A of the Males’ Dormitory;12th floor of Building D of the Males’ Dormitory; 12th floor of Building B of the Females’ Dormitory; 10th floor of Building C of the Females’ Dormitory. The Healthy Lifestyle Rooms will located on lower floors of those buildings if necessary.

C. How to apply: Current residents should notify the staffer-in-charge when submitting the name stickers to the Dormitory Management Office. New applicants should notify the staffer-in-charge when applying for living at the dormitory.

II. The application for on-campus accommodation at Dormitory 1 are divided into two phases:

A. Phase 1 - Application for accommodation reservation:

1. Qualified applicants: Current residents living at Dormitory 1.

2. How to apply: Floor leaders will deliver name stickers to current residents before Monday, December 12, 2022 Residents who wish to apply for accommodation reservation should first look for future roommates, paste the name stickers on the same application form for living at the dormitory (residents can pick up the form at the Dormitory Management Office), and then submit the form to the Dormitory Management Office by the deadlines specified below. Late submission will not be considered.

(1) Building A

a. December 20, 2022(Tue)a resident who has obtained consent from another 4 residents.

b.  December 21, 2022(Wed)a resident who has obtained consent from another 3 residents

(2) Building B(twin room)

a. December 20, 2022(Tue)a resident who has obtained consent from another 2 residents.

(3) Building BCD(triple room)

a. December 20, 2022(Tue)a resident who has obtained consent from another 3 residents.

b.  December 21, 2022(Wed)a resident who has obtained consent from another 2 residents

(4) A resident who has obtained consent from another resident or who didn’t find any future roommate (please do not pick up the application form at the Dormitory Management Office) should submit the name sticker to the Dormitory Management Office by Thursday, December 22, 2022 for room arrangements.

3. During Phase 1, male residents living at Building A or D and female residents living at Building B or C can only apply for accommodation reservation for the same building. If they want to move to another building, they should wait until Phase 2.

B. Phase 2 - New application for living at the dormitory.
1. Qualified applicants: Students who are not current residents at Dormitory 1 or residents of Building A or D and

B or C who would like to move to another building.

2. How to apply: Vacancies available after the survey on accommodation reservation will be open to applicants not currently living at Dormitory 1 or residents of Building A or D and Building B or C who would like to move to another building. Applicants should apply to the Student Housing Section with their student ID card presented on December 26~28, 2022.

III. Accommodation bills will be uploaded to the Information System on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and successful applicants should pay the accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline. Otherwise, they will be regarded as giving up their right, and the vacancies will be rearranged. Please pay the accommodation fees by January 31, 2023.

IV. Residents should complete the moving-in process at the Dormitory Management Office with the payment receipt presented when the second semester begins (February 11-12, 2023).
