111學年度第二學期第二宿舍住宿申請及繳費規定Application for on-campus accommodation at Dormitory 2 in the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2022 and payment thereof.

公告事項：
一、    第二宿舍原住戶：本(111)學年第二期(3~7月)租金繳費單，預定於明(112)年1月3日(二)上傳至應用資訊系統，請於明年1月31日(二)前至各郵局及超商完成繳費。寒假期間寢室不需清空，若僅有一人留宿，可於離宿前至管理站辦理電費暫停扣款，此項作業需經同寢室友具結同意，申辦後期間內電費將由留宿同學負擔。
二、    新申請住宿生：依申請時第二宿舍之空床位數受理申請，若申請人數多於床位數時，將實施電腦抽籤。

      (一)、申請時間:本年12月7日(三)8點起至本年12月13日(二)24點止。

      (二)、申請方式:點選以下網址登記: https://reurl.cc/GXKW2A ,結果將於本年12月14日(三)中午過後公佈於住宿組網頁。

      (三)、住宿意願確認及繳費:獲得床位者請於本年12月15(四)至本年12月19日(一)至住宿組領取住宿合約書並確認住宿意願，繳費單預定於明(112)年1月3日(二)上傳至應用資訊系統，請依繳費單上所載之時間完成繳費，逾期未繳者視同放棄，床 位將另行分配。

      (四)、進住：下學期一律自明年2月11日(六)起進住，請持住宿合約書及繳費單第二聯收據至第二宿舍管理站領取鑰匙。

三、    第二宿舍本學年租約自本年9月1日起至明年7月31日止，除勒令退學退還保證金外，凡未能如期繳交租金者或租約未滿中途退宿者，保證金皆不退還。

I.    Current residents at Dormitory 2: The payment slip for the second period (March~July) will be uploaded to the Information System on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Please pay the accommodation fees at a post office or a convenience store before Tuesday, January 31, 2023. During the winter vacation, residents may stay in their dorm rooms. If only one resident stays in his/her dorm room, he/she may apply for suspending automatic deduction of the electricity bill. The application requires roommates’ approval because the resident staying in the dorm room will be responsible for paying the electricity bill during the staying period. 

II.    New applicants for Dormitory 2: The availability of vacancies depends on the results of the applications from current residents. If applicants outnumber vacancies, a computer-assisted lot drawing will be administered. 

1.    Application period: From Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 8 a.m., to Tuesday, December 13, 2022, 11:59 p.m. 
2.    Application method: Please register at  https://reurl.cc/GXKW2A and the outcome will be announced on the website of the Student Housing Section on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 14, 2022. 
3.    Confirmation and Payment: New applicants who successfully secure a bed vacancy should come to the Student Housing Section to fetch their accommodation contract between Thursday, December 15, 2022, and Monday, December 19, 2022, and confirm that they will move into the dormitory. The payment slip will be uploaded to the Information System on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and successful applicants should pay the accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline. Otherwise, they will be regarded as giving up their right, and the vacancies will be rearranged. 
4.    Moving-in: Residents should move into Dormitory 2 from Saturday, February 11, 2023. Please take your contract and the second slip of the payment slip to the Management Office of Dormitory 2 to get the key. 

III.    The lease of Dormitory 2 is effective on September 1, 2022, and ends on July 31, 2023. Except for expulsion, residents who fail to pay the accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline or move out from the dormitory before the lease expires will receive no deposit for on-campus accommodation.
