111學年度暑轉生、舊生床位候補申請公告。Application for Dormitory Vacancies by Summer Transfer Students and Continuing Students in Academic Year 2022
一、111學年度舊生及暑轉生候補採申請制(網路登記)，請依照住宿意願進行志願選擇，申請人數多於床位數時，將實施抽籤，並依各宿舍區床位數進行分配。
(一)校本部
1.男生:第一宿舍A棟、第一宿舍D棟、第二宿舍。

2.女生:第一宿舍B棟、第一宿舍C棟、第二宿舍。

(二)醫學院：醫學院區宿舍、義大醫院宿舍。

二、住宿申請作業時程：
(一)受理住宿申請志願登記(採網路登記)：8/22(一)至8/28(日)。
(二)公告宿舍分配結果：8/31(三)，申請結果將公告於學生住宿組網頁。為確保候補學生權益，如欲放棄候補者，請儘速致電學生住宿組。
(三)繳費資料上傳至應用資訊系統：待結果公布後，住宿繳費單將上傳至應用資訊系統供同學自行列印及繳費，請依繳費單上所載之期限完成繳費。(不個別通知，逾期視同放棄床位。)
三、宿舍進住：
(一) 校本部第一宿舍、醫學院區宿舍:9/10(六)至9/11(日)進住，入住時請提供繳費單第二聯收據，供各宿舍管理站查核。
(二)校本部第二宿舍、醫學院區義大醫院宿舍: 可自9/1(四)起進住。報到進住時間為每日8~20時，請持「繳費單第二聯」收據及住宿同意書至宿舍管理站報到。

I. If summer transfer students and continuing students want to apply for a dormitory vacancy in Academic Year 2022, please register online. When the number of applicants exceeds that of available beds, a lot drawing will be held.

II. Application schedule:
1. Online registration: Monday, August 22 ~ Sunday, August 28, 2022.
2. The bed assigning result will be announced on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, on the website of the Student Housing Section. To ensure other students' rights and interests, please contact the Student Housing Section as soon as possible if a successful applicant wants to give up his/her bed.
3. After the bed assigning result is announced, the payment slip will be available for students to download on the Information System. Please make payment before the given deadline. The assigned bed will be canceled if the payment is made late, and no notification will be sent.
III. Moving into the dormitory:
1. Dormitory 1 and Medical Campus Dormitory: Students can move into their dorm rooms between Saturday, September 10, and Sunday, September 11, 2022, based on their departments and student number, and the second slip of the payment slip should be provided to the management office for checking.
2. Dormitory 2 and E-Da Hospital Dormitory: Students can move into their dorm rooms starting Thursday, September 1, 2022, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. every day. The receipt of the payment slip and consent form should be provided to the management office for checking.
