2022.05.19【公告】110學年度應屆畢業生離校問卷填寫事宜/Questionnaire for Graduands of Academic Year 2022

※110學年度應屆畢業生離校前，請配合填寫離校問卷。 

 無法登入應用系統之畢業生請填寫google問卷，可登入應用系統者請登入系統填寫。

1.本國籍生、陸生：請填寫畢業生離校問卷，路徑「應用資訊系統>應屆畢業生作業>畢業生離校問卷填寫」。 

2.外籍生(含港、澳、僑生)：需填寫以下兩種問卷

(1)畢業生離校問卷：應用資訊系統>應屆畢業生作業>畢業生離校問卷填寫。

(2)教育部外籍畢(結)業生離校問卷：問卷填寫中英文說明(問卷連結)。

畢業生完成應用資訊系統畢業生離校問卷後，系統會自動完成勾稽作業。教育部外籍畢(結)業生離校問卷非校內系統無法自動勾稽，待學生填寫完問卷後，須由職發中心手動勾稽審核(約1-2個工作天)。
