Online Check-out Procedure in the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2020 (including an attachment)


I.  Please refer to the attachment for more details about the online check-out procedure in the 1st    semester of Academic Year 2020.

II. Students who are qualified for graduation are required to complete the check-out procedure (Return/Submission/Payment Settlement) no later than January 15, 2021 (Friday). As for the check-out procedure with the Library, students should make an application on the Information System or show the student ID card at the Library on the second floor of the Science and Technology Building.

III. Students may check the status of their check-out applications on the Information System starting on January 21, 2021 (Thursday).

IV.   How to check: Information System → Log in with the student No. and password → Enter the System → Select For Graduating → Select Status of My Check-out Procedure

V. Students who are qualified for graduation and have completed the check-out procedure can collect the diploma by showing the student ID card (or the national ID card) and a personal stamp starting on 14:00 January 25, 2021 (Monday). (If a student requests another person to collect his/her diploma, a letter of attorney, two identity documents of both the student and the agent, and the personal stamp of both the student and the agent are all required.)

VI. Please refer to the attachment for more details about the date, time and locations of collecting the diploma.

◎Only when students have successfully completed the prescribed course of study [the prescribed duration of study is four years (eight semesters) for undergraduate students (five years, or ten semesters, for undergraduate students of the School of Chinese Medicine for Post Baccalaureate); one to four years for master’s students; and two to seven years for doctoral students] and satisfied the requirements stated in Article 37 or 50 of the Academic Rules of I-Shou University will they be conferred with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree.
