Introduction
The Headquarters for Industry-University Collaboration and Intellectual Property Management is a central organization with subordinate units, including the Center for Innovation and Incubation, the Industry-University Collaboration Section, the Intellectual Property Management and Technology Transfer Section, the Metal Materials Development Center, the Precious Instrument Center, and the Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology Center. The Headquarters not only actively offers a one-stop service for industry-university collaboration but also integrates the energies of R & D, incubation, industry-university collaboration, and technology transfer. Moreover, it also actively assists faculty members with the commodification of R & D results, matches faculty members and students up with the industry, and makes good use of the resources of ISU and external units for innovation and incubation guidance and services.

Industry-University Collaboration Section: integrating internal and external resources and assisting incubate companies in applying for and executing various kinds of industry-university projects.
Intellectual Property Management and Technology Transfer Section: managing R & D results and offering guidance service for IPR.
Center for Innovative and Incubation: assisting incubatee companies in stationing on campus and offering technical support, incubation guidance, and industry-university collaboration.
Metal Materials Development Center: providing measurement, training, production analysis, technical support and consulting services for metal materials both within and outside ISU.
Precious Instrument Center: providing research manpower and precious equipment for research and building a precious instrument sharing platform.
Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology Center: promoting R & D in biotechnology and biomedicine and establishing a close connection between the University and the industry.
Center for Advanced Chromatographic Processing: developing the preparative chromatography and solving separation and purification problems via industry-university collaboration.
