公告主題 106學年度第二宿舍區續租申請事宜(Application for Lease Renewal of Dormitory 2 in Academic Year 2017)
公告內容

一、辦理時間與方式:欲續租同學需完成以下兩階段申請,未依期辦理者視同放棄續租。

 ()第一階段:

 1、時間:自公告日起至本(106)421()止。

2、欲申請續租者請持學生證至管理站領取續租申請單,填寫完畢後於時限內繳回。

3、申請寢室調整者於辦理續租申請時同步辦理。

()第二階段:

1、時間: 自公告日起至本年62()止。

2、續租申請表繳交至管理站時,將發放「義守大學106學年度第二宿舍區租賃合約書」,續租學生須詳閱合約內容並於完成簽名後繳交至第二宿舍管理站。

二、逾期辦理續租申請者,需完成愛校服務始能辦理續租,於截止日起1週內繳交,需參加2小時愛校服務,每逾1週則逐次加2小時。106學年度校本部宿舍床位抽籤結果公告後即不予受理。

三、申請續租後如有以下情形,將取消續租權利:

()105學年度學生宿舍整潔競賽未受檢及檢查不合格寢室,須於規定時間內完成複檢,未依期完成複檢或複檢不合格者,將取消續租權利。

()如有積欠電費未繳,將取消續租權利。(可至住宿組查詢是否有電費欠繳)

四、105學年度租約至本年731日止,不續住同學請於本年731日前辦理退宿手續,6月份以前退宿或未於7月底前完成退宿者,將不退還保證金,延後退宿者將依規定懲處(仍需加收延後退宿月份租金)

五、完成續租申請之學生暑假期間無須辦理退宿,鑰匙自行保管。如暑假期間須長期返家,可於離宿前至管理站辦理電費暫停扣款,此項作業需經同寢室友具結同意,申辦後期間內電費將由留宿同學負擔。

I. Application Period and Method: Please complete both of the following two stages. Failure to complete by the given deadlines will constitute waiver of the right to lease renewal.

1. Stage 1:

a. Period: From now through April 21, 2017 (Friday)

b. Residents who intend to renew the lease please visit the Management Office to request an application form by showing the student ID card. Please complete and return the application form to the Management Office by the given deadline.

c. An application for dorm room change may be made along with the application for lease renewal.

2. Stage 2:

a. Period: From now through June 2, 2017 (Friday)

b. Upon submitting the completed application form to the Management Office, you will receive the Lease Contract of Dormitory 2 in Academic Year 2017. Please submit the Lease Contract to the Management Office of Dormitory 2 after you have carefully read and signed it.

II. Residents who fail to apply for lease renewal by the given deadline should do campus service before being qualified for late application: two hours for a one-week delay and so on. No late application will be considered after the drawing results of dorm beds at the Main Campus for Academic Year 2017 are released.

III. The lease renewal will be cancelled when you get involved in either of the following situations:

1. If your dorm room has not been inspected under or has not met the requirements of the Dormitory Cleanliness Competition in Academic Year 2016, you should apply for rechecking by a given deadline. For those who do not complete or fail the re-check, their lease renewal will be cancelled.

2. If you owe electricity charges to Dormitory 2, your lease renewal will be cancelled.

(Please ask the Student Housing Section for details on electricity bills)

IV. The lease for Academic Year 2016 will expire on July 31, 2017. Residents who do not renew the lease should complete the dormitory check-out process by July 31, 2017. Those who move out from the dormitory before June or fail to complete the process by the end of July will not have their deposit refunded, and those who move out after July will be punished pursuant to the applicable regulations and rules (the rent incurred by late moving-out will be collected as well).

V. Residents who obtain a lease renewal can stay at the dormitory during the summer vacation, and they should safely keep the key to the room. Those who will leave for home for a long time during the summer vacation can apply to the Management Office for a temporary suspension of collection of electricity charges before they leave; however, they must obtain prior approval of their roommates since the electricity bill will be paid by those staying at the dorm room.
