公告主題 106學年度第二宿舍區寢室調整(編排)事宜(Application for Dorm Room Changes at Dormitory 2 in Academic Year 2017)

一、申請方式:

()第二宿舍續住學生:於辦理106學年度續租申請時同步進行,有意調整者請於申請表上填寫調整需求,如欲申請同住請將兩人之申請表釘妥後一併繳交。

()106學年度新住學生:於本(106)58日至62日,持保證金收據及「義守大學106學年度第二宿舍區租賃合約書」至住宿組辦理。

二、床位調整(編排)係依宿舍區現有之床位狀況辦理,欲申請同住者,因限於現有空房數量,概依申請先後順序辦理。

三、個人申辦寢室調整或編排結果,可於本年612~16日,至住宿組查詢。

四、床位調整編排結果係為暫排,如遇宿舍維修或遇原寢室住宿生未依期完成調整造成其他住宿生無法搬遷,住宿組將另行進行床位安排。

五、續住學生寢室調整,請於本年815日前搬遷完畢,未依期辦理視同放棄。如未能於暑假時,於離宿前先將寢室清空並繳回原寢室鑰匙,待返宿後直接領取新房間鑰匙返校辦理寢室調整,可辦理「暑假暫時離宿」手續。

六、調整寢室需至管理站完成填寫寢室調整單及換領鑰匙手續;若私下交換鑰匙,造成電表度數、鑰匙錯誤,影響自身權利自行負責;調整寢室時先將原寢室個人床位打掃乾淨,並將個人用品清空,始可辦理調整手續。

I. Application:

[1] Current Residents: The application for dorm room changes should be made

along with an application for lease renewal for Academic Year 2017.

Applicants should clearly express their requests on the application form. If

any two current residents want to room together, their application forms

should be bound together and submitted to the Management Office.

[2] New Residents: They should apply to the Student Housing Section between

May 8 ~ June 2, 2017 by presenting a valid deposit receipt and a signed

Lease Contract of Dormitory 2 in Academic Year 2017.

II. Because dorm room changes depend on bed availability, applications for such

    changes will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

III. Applicants can check their application status by visiting the Student Housing

Section in person between June 12~16, 2017.

IV. Please note that the application results are not finalized. The Student Housing

Section may make alternative changes if the intended dorm room is under repair,

or any current resident of the intended dorm room has not moved out yet.

V. After the application for dorm room changes has been approved, current

residents should move into the new room before August 15, 2017; otherwise,

they will be deemed giving up the new room voluntarily. If they cannot complete

the moving-in process during the summer vacation, they may apply for

temporary moving-out, bring all personal belongings home, and return the room

key to the Management Office. After returning to the dormitory, they can

directly get the key to the new room at the Management Office.

VI. To apply for dorm room changes, residents must complete an application form

and exchange the key to the original room for that to the new room at the

Management Office. Residents should be held fully accountable for any damage

to their rights caused by exchanging room keys without prior consent, including

incorrect meter readings or wrong room keys. Before moving into the new room,

residents shall clean the original dorm bed up and empty all personal belongings.
