公告主題 106學年度國際學舍三館續租申請事宜(Application for Lease Renewal of ISU International House III in Academic Year 2017)
公告內容

一、辦理時間:自公告日起至本(106)421日止。

二、辦理方式:續租申請暨同意切結書將由宿舍幹部發放至各住戶寢室,欲續租者請將資料填妥後交至管理站,未繳件完全者視同放棄。

三、逾期繳交續租同意書者,需完成愛校服務始能辦理續租,如繳件時床位已額滿,則將不予受理。於截止日起1週內繳交,需參加2小時愛校服務,每逾1週則逐次加2小時。

四、申請續租後如遇以下情形,將取消續租權利:

    ()105學年度學生宿舍整潔競賽未受檢及檢查不合格寢室,須於規定時間內完成複檢,未依期完成複檢或複檢不合格者,將取消續租權利。

    ()如有積欠電費未繳,將取消續租權利。(可至住宿組查詢是否有電費欠繳)

五、105學年度租期至本年731日止,不續住同學請於本年731日前辦理退宿手續,6月份以前退宿或未於7月底前完成退宿者,將不退還保證金,延後退宿者將依規定懲處(仍需加收延後退宿月份租金)

六、完成續租申請之學生暑假期間無須辦理退宿,鑰匙自行保管。如暑假期間須返國,可於離宿前至管理站辦理電費暫停扣款,此項作業需經同寢室友具結同意,申辦後期間內電費將由留宿同學負擔。

I.  Application Period: From now through April 21, 2017.

II. Application Method: Dormitory cadre members will distribute application forms (including an affidavit) to each dorm room. Residents who want to renew the lease should complete the application form (including the affidavit) and submit it to the Management Office. Failure to submit a completed application by the due date should constitute a waiver of the right to lease renewal.

III.Residents who submit an application after the deadline should do campus service before being qualified for lease renewal: 2 hours for a one-week delay and so on. No late application will be accepted if there is no more vacancy.

IV. Residents will lose the right to lease renewal if they get involved in either of the following situations:

1.If the dorm room is not inspected for or not meeting the requirements of the Dormitory Cleanliness Competition in Academic Year 2016, they should apply for recheck by a given deadline. If they don’t complete or fail the recheck, they will lose the right to lease renewal.

2.If they owe electricity arrears to ISU International House III, they will lose the right to lease renewal. (Please ask the Student Housing Section for details on electricity bills)

 V.The lease for Academic Year 2016 will expire on July 31, 2017. Residents who won’t have the lease renewed should complete the check-out procedure by July 31, 2017. No deposit refund is made to those who move out of the dormitory before June or fail to complete the check-out procedure by the end of July, and those who move out after July will be punished according to relevant regulations and rules (the rent incurred by late moving-out should be collected as well).

VI. Residents who obtain a lease renewal can stay at the dormitory during the summer vacation and keep the room key. Those who need to leave for home for a long time during the summer vacation can apply to the Management Office for temporary suspension of collection of electricity charges before they leave; however, they must obtain prior written approval of their roommates since the electric bill will be paid by those staying at the dorm room.
