【Activity】Library week-Treasure Hunter

Date: Tuesday, December 3, 2019 ~ Thursday, December 5, 2019

Participant: ISU students

Venue: 3rd Floor, Library, Science and Technology Building, Main Campus & 2nd floor, Building A, Medical Library

Organizer: Office of Library and Information Services

Activities:

1.         Discovery Expert: Take a photo by following the activity hint and upload it to and check in on your Instagram or Facebook page to get one point.

2.         Knowledge Expert: Answer questions about intellectual property rights correctly to get one point.

3.         Treasure Expert: Choose "Chance" or "Destiny" and complete the task by using the Hyint e-Resources or self-issue machines to get one point.

4.         Barterer: You may trade one of your books, which is clean and intact, for another book you need at the Information Desk on the 3rd floor. Participants will get one point. Books not being traded will be handled as a donation to the Library.

5.         eHealth Tech: The exhibition is displayed on both the Main Campus and the Medical Campus. Participants will get one point.

6.         Recognized Treasure Hunter: If a participant gets points from both "Knowledge Expert" and "Treasure Expert," he/she can get one consolation gift. Those who get three points or more will get one raffle ticket.

Notices:

1.         Each participant can collect one gift only. All gifts are subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

2.         Please visit the Reference Service Desk with your student ID card for registration.

4.         Foreigners cannot collect the prize until 20% of the value of the prize is taxed in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China.
